Driving around our neighborhood we would often see Becky's signs on houses that were for sale.So, when we decided to sell our home we decided to call Becky. We recently sold our house in Shrewsbury with Becky Dalke and could not have asked for a better experience.  Our house went on the market on a Wednesday afternoon and we had 2 really strong offers by Thursday.  But even if things had not happened that quickly, I would still highly recommend Becky.  She started working with us well in advance of putting our house on the market to ensure we picked just the right time to list and had the house in perfect shape for viewings. 

Becky is incredibly professional and puts every effort into establishing a fair price on the home as well as satisfying the desires of the sellers.  Becky’s network of electricians, contractors, attorneys, etc. are  equally as professional and great to work with as she is, so there is no need to spend lots of time having people at the house getting quotes, etc.
