If you’re looking to buy and/or sell a house in Shrewsbury, there is only one choice for a realtor and that choice is Becky Dalke. Becky did an amazing job helping our young family transition from our "starter house” into our "home.” We met Becky shortly after we had started working with another real estate agent and I remember feeling very disappointed that we wouldn’t have the opportunity to work with her. We spent 10 long months looking for a house with our first agent and found nothing that felt like a home. Becky was able to find us multiple homes this way and provided us the unique opportunity to make an offer before the house even went on the market. In these circumstances, Becky was acting as a dual agent and was not permitted to advise us on price which made me extremely nervous. Becky calmed my fears by taking the time to teach me how to do my own comparative market analysis so that I would have confidence in our offer. This knowledge came in handy since the first 3 homes we made offers on were all listed by Becky. For a variety of reasons, our first 3 attempts were unsuccessful. For us, the fourth time was the charm. Looking back, we are so glad that the other three offers fell through because this is the home we were meant to buy. Although it has only been about six weeks since we finalized the sale of our house, it seems like a very long time ago!
