Now that we have closed on the sale of our home in Boston, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the work that you did in marketing our home, as well as counseling us on the process and strategy.  I thought you were very professional and easy to work with, even in the more difficult discussions around lowering the price of our home when it became necessary.   This was certainly a difficult market to sell in, and I think you did a great job for us.

We recently sold our house in Shrewsbury with Becky Dalke and could not have asked for a better experience.  Our house went on the market on a Wednesday afternoon and we had 2 really strong offers by Thursday.  But even if things had not happened that quickly, I would still highly recommend Becky.  She started working with us well in advance of putting our house on the market to ensure we picked just the right time to list and had the house in perfect shape for viewings. 

Becky is incredibly professional and puts every effort into establishing a fair price on the home as well as satisfying the desires of the sellers.  Becky’s network of electricians, contractors, attorneys, etc. are  equally as professional and great to work with as she is, so there is no need to spend lots of time having people at the house getting quotes, etc.
